A Brief History
Salon Ambiance, A TOTAL EXPERIENCE SALON, an expansion from the Above and Beyond Salon was founded by Roshanna Campbell, backed and supported by her wonderful husband Ernest Campbell.

Roshanna, a graduate of Joe Herndon Technical School in 1998, has quickly developed the trade skill that has led to a drive to open and run a multi-cultural salon in one of the fastest growing cities, Lee's Summit, a suburban area east of Kansas City, Missouri.

She has worked under Vincent Landrum specializing in precision cutting and styling for three years. She also worked under Mrs. Clara King, owner of the KING'S UNIQUE SALON of Kansas City, for two years learning the business and administrative side to running a successful salon.

Ernest Campbell (co-owner) has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Finance and is successfully managing a branch office for one of the largest mortgage companies in the area.

With Roshanna's skills, Ernest's knowledge, and God's spirit leading the way, the salon's anticipated growth is enormous. The support from her clients on this new venture was 110%. The expected success of the salon is not even imaginable.
